California Varmint Hunts
Carrisa Plains Outfitters offers guided California varmint hunts on private ranch land in the Carrisa Plains region of eastern San Luis Obispo County on California’s Central Coast. Our ranch provides expansive terrain and excellent habitat for a variety of varmint species including coyotes and other predators commonly found throughout the region.
Varmint hunting on the Central Coast offers a unique opportunity for hunters looking to sharpen their shooting skills while helping manage predator populations on working ranch land. These hunts are typically conducted across rolling grasslands, oak-covered hills, and open terrain that allows for excellent visibility and productive calling locations.
Located about an hour east of Paso Robles, Carrisa Plains Outfitters offers access to large private ranch properties where hunters can experience authentic Central Coast predator hunting with knowledgeable local guides.
